* Fair Condition: Discernable scratches, marks, or smudges.
* Poor Condition: Smudges, extensive weathering, marks, writing, bent, and/or slightly torn.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
North American Customers: Half Price Hobbies accepts U.S. funds in the form of money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Please allow a week for your personal check to clear. For your convenience we also accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout.
International Customers: Customers living outside the United States may pay with any major credit card using Google Checkout. We will also accept a bank check or money order for U.S. funds.
